. I'm willing to agree that ani-manga is indeed a form of art. But anatomically incorrect, traced, unoriginal derivates of such aren't.
There's a difference between following a certain style and doing it right and trying to mimic it without any basic knowledge of what you're doing and failing epically.
And saying 'omg itz manga u dont no what ur talking bout the eyes/hair/heads/bodies r just liek dis!!1' doesn't make your art any less awful.
Stop making shit excuses and learn a thing or two about drawing in general before you come and spam us all with your googly eyed, badly traced, badly coloured, dodge tooled animu fanart. I mean it for your own good.

I was about to come in here and complain because I just thought you meant all art in general. And as for drawing goes, about the only thing I am good at are those abstracty word arts I do, which are generally good at masking the fact that I can't draw bodies correctly to save my life.

But dude, I pretty much have to agree with you.

'Course you're doin it rite. You have your own style, I was directing this at animu fans who try to impersonate what they see in manga they can't think outside the box and draw stuff for themselves. In that process, they eventually end up copying the errors of the mangakas themselves and use their 'style' as an excuse for every single error their art haves.
If you have your own style you bail out. Because no matter how many errors your style has, it's yours. And if the errors are yours you can always turn them around and improve. Those people can't. That's the difference.

TL;DR: Yes.
